I have worked in the NDIS for 5 years, supporting individuals with mental health challenges and autism, ranging from low to high support needs.

Throughout this time, I have developed skills in meal preparation, redirecting behaviors, using food as a reinforcer, personal care and hygiene, assisting with daily tasks, promoting community participation, providing transport support, using AAC devices and helping with household tasks.

I also hold a Certificate IV in Disability
