Providing one to one Counselling and Art Therapy to support you to develop life skills, coping strategies, insight, personal growth and to help you to express and manage difficult experiences. You will gain knowledge of how to manage distress, set and achieve life goals and develop personal strengths. Using art materials you will have the opportunity to explore and express your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a manner that goes beyond words and provides new ways to look at your life and develop a stronger sense of self to empower you to create the life you want.
