The story of Believe Services starts in
2017 when we saw a gap in
the Community and Social Support
sector for quality, inclusive support
services for Participants. There was a
need for more focus on including
Participants in decision making for
how to best to provide support and
assist them to meet their goals.
Believe Services realised that the
Support Workers would be the
biggest strength and made it a
mission to employ only the best
Support Workers who embraced the
values of the company. Believe
services pride ourselves on our ability
to nurture and support our team and
our Participants and take on a role of
a trusted Support Service throughout
the community.
