We are able to combine SIL/Respite options with learning independent living skills, community participation and support.
We don't only provide support, but rather work at expanding the skills and experiences of the participants that we work with, building their independence and enriching their life experiences. We are flexible and try our best to accommodate the needs of each participant.
Our mission statement is simple:- Support a person to make informed choices, exercise control and maximise their independence relating to the supports provided.
- We show respect to culture, diversity, values and beliefs and provide access to supports free from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation or discrimination.
- Most importantly, each person is actively involved in the development of their support plans as this reflects the person's needs, requirements, preferences, strengths and goals, and they are regularly reviewed.
