About

Community First Step

With a rich history spanning over 50 years, Community First Step is a non-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering South West Sydney communities to overcome personal, social, and economic challenges by delivering inclusive and innovative programs tailored to needs of our communities.

Our programs empower individuals to gain independence and contribute meaningfully to the community. We offer high-quality, individualised support in safe, stimulating environments that foster personal growth.

Our Disability Services include a Day Program, Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living, and Community Access, all designed to support each participant's strengths and aspirations, providing best possible care and opportunities for growth. We also provide community participation, group based activities at Life Ability Hub - and respite care.
