I am an Occupational Therapist, a sole provider, working in the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula areas.

I am focussing on mental health and wellbeing and I also work at headspace in Geelong. I am able to assist with a variety of health issues including anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, etc. I am a trained ACT Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) therapist as well as other competencies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) I am also able to assist with any physical difficulties or limitations. 

I am also very experienced in the areas of home modifications and therapeutic supports, having worked in Community Health for many years.

I do home visits, doing most of my work at client homes or in the community. I am happy to be guided by client needs and wishes; working with the person to achieve their desired outcomes.
