SACARE’s accommodation is offered on a respite, long-term or permanent basis. Our accommodation is designed to maximise the independence of our clients within a caring and supportive environment. 

Our Supported Independent Living residents each receive an Individual Care Plan, access to our THRIVE activities and many fun social opportunities

Our Supported Independent Living options across metropolitan Adelaide are unparalleled. Modern, high-quality and purposely built, we focus on every little detail to ensure satisfaction.

• Adelaide St, Magill
  The focus of our Adelaide Street property is to encourage independent living while still having the option and security of on-site, 24-hour care. Our specifically trained and committed on-site team provides assistance to all residents based on their individual care needs. The team is always on-site to respond in case of emergency.
   
• Barton House, North Adelaide
  Situated opposite the beautiful North Adelaide parklands, this completely renovated heritage villa caters for up to six residents living with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions. 
   
• Briarholm, Kingswood
  24-hour support. Individual rooms have ceiling lifters, ensuites, storage rooms and courtyards with private access, ensuring that each resident has the opportunity to live as independently as possible. All Briarholm residents have access to the communal areas including, entertainment room, living rooms, outdoor barbeque area, and therapeutic indoor swimming pool.
   
• Tolley House, Hope Valley
  Set on 2800 square metres of land, Tolley House provides 24/7 active care to residents in a quiet residential location. Up to seven individuals can take advantage of Tolley’s extensive gardens, courtyard, living, entertainment, and pool areas.
   
• The Gums, Salisbury
  The Gums is SACARE’s newest property for people who need high-quality health care, injury recovery and transitional services for the short, medium or long term

Community Accommodation

SACARE created their Community Accommodation service to offer people with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in the community in a home of their own.

• Wellington Square, North Adelaide  
  Our Wellington Square house offers four bedrooms with SACARE staff onsite to ensure there is support 24/7 to the residents. With its welcoming atmosphere staff often comment that it feels like a second home for them also.   
   
• Elm St, Medindie  
  Our Elm St property is a four bedroom home, providing 24/7 support to residents. These residents can live independently in this lovely share-home, knowing that support is to hand whenever they need it.   
   
• Eutopia Rise, Kilburn  
  This complex has ten apartments, with eight dedicated to residents and providing a great deal of privacy and independence. Another is used for communal gathering; cooking, socialising, playing games and get-togethers. The tenth houses the SACARE team, onsite 24 hours a day providing discrete but engaged support when the residents need this.
   
• The Parade, Kensington Gardens 
  This Kensington Gardens property offers four bedrooms with additional independent onsite accommodation. The property offers onsite care attendance 24 hours a day, and the main house offers character living for residents with low complex disabilities.
