Optimum Disability And Support Services Sydney

About

Hello and Welcome!!

Who We Are

Hi, I'm Karen, the proud director of Optimum Disability & Support. I started this business beause of community concerns over quality of support workers and fears over participant safety. Friends and loved ones came to me determined to do things differently, and with my deep experience in Business, I partnered with them to help that dream come true.

Wee provide a range of disability services to make a difference in the lives of those with disability. The goal is to make each of our participant’s lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities.

Optimum Disability & Support is a company established with the sole aim of offering disability services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

We offer training in interviewing skills and support along the way to keep a job.
