About

Hello and Welcome to Crest Support Services!

Who We Are & How We Are Different

Hi, I'm Nash :) Welcome to Crest Support. I have over a decade of experience working in the community, particularly with youth in the justice system.

My deep experience with mental health, challenging behaviours and managing relationshiops with families, health practitioners, child protection and a range of other stakeholders makes me uniquely qualified to support you or your loved one.

So, a bit about my teams promise to you...

  • Our customised approach means we can tailor support to meet your needs.
  • Our services are easily accessible and affordable.
  • Receive personalised support with no waitlists or delayed times.
  • Our team is dedicated to helping participants receive the care they deserve

Each of our staff is highly qualified and trained. Our extensive recruitment process means our staff must pass a range of interviews, police checks and screening processes.

What We Offer

Support Coordination level 1-2

  • Our Support Coordinators are experienced, well connected and have a wide range of contacts and deep sector knowledge.
  • Our dedicated support coordinators will help you navigate the NDIS marketplace and get the most out of your plan.
  • We have immediate capacity to take on new referrals.
  • Our Support Coordinators are great with young people and have experience as youth justice workers, but we can support people of all ages and walks of life

Respite/ STA/ MTA

  • Crest Support offers Respite services for participants with a valid NDIS plan with a specialty in dealing with young people within the Child Protection and Youth Justice system.
  • The minimum stay at our respite homes is three days with an option for short to medium term accommodation.
  • The respite homes are private accommodations, with care support workers available.
  • 24/7 Care support workers are mandatory for young people under the age of 18.
  • Your loved one gets to experience time away from home in a safe supported environment, and so continuity to achieve their identified life goals is kept on track.

What will you get if you choose us for respite?

To date we have taken participants on fun activities such as the Great Ocean drive and explored the Erskine Falls, Mornington Costal drive coupled with bush walks, enjoyed city views from the Dandenong Mountains Sky High.

On cold nights we have done movies at the cinemas on the big screen.

School holidays are popular where we have taken siblings to the Pools, Bounce, Go Karting, Zoo, Melbourne Aquarium, Science Works, Fishing and explored various outdoor parks.
