The Disability Company

Has been a registered NDIS provider since 2018, offering warm, reliable and person-centred support across  In-Home Care, Community Access and Respite. From there, we build supports that feel safe, consistent and genuinely tailored. Our team focuses on strong support relationships, thoughtful staff matching and creating everyday opportunities for participants to build confidence, independence and connection. Whether someone needs help at home, support to access the community, we aim to provide care that is respectful, practical and meaningful.
