Thrive Ability Services AUS is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred supports designed to empower participants to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively engage in their communities.
We provide services across the Parramatta and Wollongong regions, supporting participants with a wide range of needs and goals.

Our services include:
• Support Coordination
Helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with services, build support networks, and navigate the NDIS with confidence.
• Community Reintegration Supports
Assisting participants to reconnect with their communities, develop social connections, increase independence, and achieve personal goals following periods of isolation, hospitalisation, mental health challenges, or significant life transitions.
• Respite Supports
Flexible respite options that provide participants and their families with additional support while promoting wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
• NDIS Navigation and Access Support
Supporting individuals and families to understand NDIS eligibility, Access Request Forms (ARF), evidence requirements, plan implementation, reviews, and available support pathways.
