We are a small business that is well run by experienced RNs in the health sector. Our teram of support workers are highly motivated to know you and support you in your journey of life. We are an identified company and respects diversity of our cultures within the communities we serve. Our participants are heavily involved in the care planning and how supports should be structured in tailor making the care routine. We are a small provider, and all our participants are well know by admin and getting messages or making changes to your day or routine is quickly actioned. Our staff are reliable as such we offer continuity of care given if happy and achieving expectations your support staff will be supporting you regularly as opposed to meeting a new person every week or so. Our referral pathway is simple and the turnaround time to start supports is generally 2-7 days depending on the contact hours. We offer a no obligations first meeting at your convenience.
