At Mental Health OT

Our holistic approach offers Brain Training and Cognitive Therapy services to help clients improve cognitive functioning, cope with emotional challenges, and provide a more comprehensive approach to enhancing cognitive health and treating mental health conditions.

Since 2016, we have worked with over 20,000 Australian clients incl. children, young people (teens) and adults.

Our multidisciplinary team of Australian brain-based therapy providers have a special interest in working with clients presenting with  Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD),  Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , Sleep Disorders and more (as above).
