Is a registered NDIS provider delivering specialised, high-intensity mobile supports across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan and Northern NSW. Directed by a qualified Occupational Therapist, our team brings over 45 years of combined experience to complex neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative, neuromuscular and psychosocial conditions.

Our team specialises in in-home personal care, community access and skills development tailored for individuals living with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Parkinson's Disease, Early Onset Dementia, Autism (ASD) and complex behaviours. Our support workers are trained to understand clinical care plans, safely utilise complex assistive technology like hoists and manage pressure care while working directly towards your specific NDIS goals.

We support all funding types for ages 13–64. Please note that we require a minimum service engagement of 15 hours per week.
