Services Provided

Nursing Care

• Enrolled and registered nurses available 24/7 for complex care needs.
• Services provided as listed in "Complex needs supported" along with monitoring, pain control, supporting doctors, nasal gastric feeds, and other health support. With catheters - we ensure insertion is carried out safely, minimising trauma and infection risks.
• Our Stoma Care Nurse looks after and advises patients with a colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy before and after surgery.
• Post Hospital discharge support including:  Wound Care, Continence Care, Diabetes Management, Assistance with Shopping and ADL's.

Community access

• Support for social and recreational activity.
• Activities everybody does for fun and can help your health and wellbeing.

Activities of Daily Living

Including supporting regular personal activities and supervising individual daily tasks.
