Our team of local Occupational Therapists can visit you in your home, school, workplace or other community locations to provide the support and care you require. Access Therapist works with clients of all ages and disabilities to improve independence, manage day to day tasks and achieve life goals.
Our therapists are able to complete:
- Functional Capacity Assessments,
- Assistive Technology Assessments as well as
- Home Modification and Housing Assessments with reports completed quickly.
Community-based Occupational Therapy
Immediate Capacity for:
- Paediatrics (in home, school, and community-based therapy) • Psychosocial diagnoses in home or Telehealth • One off assessment including FCA and General OT Assessments.
Our OT’s will focus on the following 6 functional domains when determining the supports that will most help you through the NDIS:
- Mobility/Motor skills
- Social Interaction
- Communication
- Self-Care
- Self-Management
- Learning
Sessions will be completed in the comfort of your home with a qualified, experienced therapist, carefully selected to suit your needs.
