Community Participation - Our qualified and competent support workers will support you with your appointments and community engagements ensuring your safety and wellbeing.
Hospital to Home Discharge Program - Staying in hospital can be a challenging time. Even more challenging is managing your recovery once you are discharged from hospital. That’s why we are proud to offer our Hospital to Home Discharge Program. We can transiton you to one of our houses until your NDIS plan is in place.
Having the proper care and support and caregivers with the right knowledge, skills and matchingy your other preferences can make a big difference to how well you recover after your hospital stay. Whether you need short-term clinical support such as wound or pain management or help with domestic chores such as grocery shopping and cooking, we’re here for you. Recovering from an illness or injury is not always easy, which is why we take your needs and preferences into account when planning your support and finding the right support worker for you.
Individualised Living Options (ILO) - Many people with a disability may need support to live independently and to interact with their community. But they don’t all want to live in a group home with other people. Individualised Living Options (ILO) puts you in control of your living situation by giving you a choice in how you want to live.

Co-residency — You may have a housemate (or housemates) who provides you with care living in your home.

The host also receives funding from the NDIS Plan to provide this support.
