Therapea Health is a provider of high-quality capacity building supports, offering Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Occupational Therapy services from our two Melbourne-based clinics in Werribee and Mernda, and nationwide in Australia and New Zealand via telehealth.

We also have some capacity to undertake home and school visits for Psychology and Occupational Therapy, in certain circumstances, depending on the location. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our diverse team of allied health professionals represent many different cultures and speak several languages as well as English. Some of our team are also neurodiverse and/or have physical disabilities, so you know you’re in good hands with people who understand your needs.

Our clinics in Werribee and Mernda provide a base in both the inner West and outer Northern suburbs to clients in the local area. Home or school visits may also be considered based on the client’s needs and our therapist’s capacity to travel.

Our diverse team of psychologists and counsellors employ evidence-based strategies to equip people with the skills to build resilience, achieve behavioural change and a more positive outlook. We work with people aged 3 upwards, and we offer a variety of clinical assessments including Autism, ADHD, Cognitive, Educational and Behavioural Assessments for all ages to inform the treatment of:

• Autism
• Diagnosed cognitive impairments – such as memory loss and attention deficit disorders
• Depression and grief
• Stress and anxiety
• Conflict and anger management
• Post traumatic stress
• Eating Disorders
• Sexual Issues (including in neurodiverse individuals, those who have suffered trauma and abuse or have addictions)
• Minecraft Gaming Therapy

Our incredible team of professionals have a wealth of lived-experience with various challenging and life-changing situations of their own and approach their clients from a place of understanding and empathy, with a goal of empowerment.

Services are provided on Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.

Our specialist paediatric Occupational Therapists have decades of experience supporting children and adolescents improve their functional capacity, gross and fine motor skills and build their ability to undertake activities of daily living – assisting young people to manage their everyday tasks, achieve more independence and confidence.
