What We Offer?
SUPPORT COORDINATION
- Depending on the complexity of support needs, some NDIS Participant may have a Support Coordinator funded in their plan. As your chosen Support Coordinator, we will take away the pressure of organizing your support.
DAILY LIVING - IN HOME SUPPORT
- We assist with everyday activities such as personal care, domestic assistance, medication support, meal preparation and more, with our experienced and caring staff.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORT
- We assist with participating in social/recreational activities, events, medical and non-medical appointments, and other community activities.
DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE SKILLS
- We offer support that enable participants to build their independence and skills through learning and development opportunities. We can assist you to learn how to manage personal tasks and so much more.
SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION (RESPITE)
We provide short-term accommodation support is sometimes called respite (e.g., one weekend a month). Respite gives families a break and provides a positive experience for the NDIS participant. Respite can be planned in advance, for example, if your carer’ has a planned appointment or a trip to attend, AMITY SUPPORT SERVICES can support you with a short stay that offers it all with our experienced and friendly team.
SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING (SIL)
At AMITY SUPPORT SERVICES, we can help you find a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home to call your own with a 24/7 in-home supports funded by NDIS. Whether you are looking to live independently or in a shared arrangement with our SIL arrangements could be a perfect fit for you. NDIS Funded cost of support does NOT include rent, board or lodging, day to day usual living expenses such as food and utilities.
