Care Needs was made possible by Fleur and Grigoria, with experience in disability spanning over 25 years. Fleur’s background is in complex behaviour, eg. working in a locked-down facility housing people with an intellectual disability from the prison system, along with working in a house for non-verbal autistic people.
Due to her commitment and ongoing support, boys in her care could go home for the weekend and their behaviour improved considerably. She also has two autistic nephews.
Grigoria’s brother is an NDIS participant with both physical and psychosocial issues - she is one of his primary carers.
Our Head of Support Coordination, Sam, has two boys with autism and both are on NDIS packages. Because of this lived experience, she is passionate about providing support coordination exactly matched to needs.
Backed by this down-to-earth team, our motto is compassion, support and understanding, hoping to deliver support services to you making meaningful differences in your life and your family.
We match support workers and staff to participant's personality and goals - enabling participants to focus on achieving goals and making connections with people entering their lives, giving participants consistency with supports that allows them meaningful relationships with support staff.
Our Business is family owned and operated and you will always be able to contact someone within the business whether its day or night.
