Leonie’s Caring is a small family-owned business doing our best to provide a tailored made Support Service & Support Coordination for each of our beautiful clients that we work with.
At Leonie's Caring we believe not everyone is made to achieve the goals clients and their family require, at Leonie’s Caring we do our best to provide a tailor-made Service the Client and the Support Worker & Support Coordination staff require to make the team a workable team.
We believe at Leonie's Caring that the client is the whole family including fur, feather, Fin or scale are all part of the client's well-being not just the NDIS, MAC or private sector of our community clients.
Leonie’s Caring do like to have a minimal 2 of support workers providing Support to each client & family so if one support worker is sick or on time out/leave you have another person that you know come to support each client & family.
A few services that we provide are:-
- Domestic Support i.e.. House Cleaning including windows, walls, Meal plans, Cupboard cleans, cooking, Laundry.
- Yard work i.e.. Gardening, lawn, pool
- Transport i.e.. Shopping, outings, movies, Medical appointments (with a full written report for later reference).
- Medication Prompting
- Personal Care
- Assistance following medical & Physio directions.
- Maintenance
- Clothes mending
- School home work
- Hydro pool
- Spring cleans.
- De-hording
- Gurney clean outside house and driveways etc.
- Building new Gardens
Support Coordination
Emergency call 24 x 7 and assistance.
Shift notes for every shift that can be used for reports.
Anything that your average Australia household can achieve we will do our best to provide for you within reason (J) & much more.
NDIS Participants
- Support Coordinator to submit any change of circumstances for NDIS, that we recommend. We will work with your choice of Support Coordinator.
- Coordinator that works as part of our team for NDIS clients that we recommend. We will work with your choice of Support Coordinator.
- We do enjoy working with Plan Hero (network) as plan managers for our NDIS clients that we highly recommend Plan Hero.
My Age Care Participants
My Age Care clients we recommend Case Management (network) that we are happy to recommend. We will work with your choice of Cas Manager.
We recommend for Plan Mangers Trilogy for MAC clients
Therapist Leonie’s Care may be able to source for the Participant maybe.

Any services that are not here we will always look into sourcing for the participant or the Case Manager/Support Coordinator or a member of the participants family. As well as discussing other services that are required.
Leonie’s Caring will work with Many Support Coordinators/Case Managers and with many Plan Managers.
The name of the business came from Leonie cares about the way clients are treated and the way Leonie’s Caring employees are treated.
Leonie’s Caring support our clients to be able to make the changes in their life to achieve the goals they want to achieve in their life.
- Leonie’s Caring office is based in the beautiful Mary Valley on the family property, where we work remotely all over Australia.
- Leonie’s Caring also offer a free service to assist people to get on the road to be a NDIS or MAC client.
- We aim to support a lot of Australia’s remoteness and populated areas.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and emergency 24 hours a day.
