Caremmunity conducts in-home continence assessments in Adelaide and surrounding regional areas.  Caremmunity's Continence Nurse specialists have wide experience in the Aged, Community and Disability Sectors.

Caremmuity is an NDIS provider, will perform and lodge Continence Assistive Technology Assessments, CAPS assessments.  Clients can self refer or may be referred by GP, Community Nurse, Planner, Support Co-ordinator.  Caremmunity reserves a proportion of appointments for clients who are "unfunded" and require access to Fee Free Advice

Caremmunity closes the gap on service - will assess clients needs, provide samples and then organise regular product delivery.  From clinical advice all the way to Free Delivery of product on a regular basis.
