Solid Holistic Care was founded by an experienced Registered Nurse. It is a fast-growing company providing exceptional services for people with disability through person-centred support and empowering the people we support to reach their individual goals and aspirations.
Where possible, we strive to provide culturally sensitive care to all our clients with the same or similar cultural background. Solid Holistic Care understands that care delivered by a caregiver who shares the same cultural background with clients promotes a safe environment, trust, and the acceptability of care, thus improving the quality of life.

Community Access in Newcastle, Maitland & Lake Macquarie NSW

Solid Holistic Care provide community access support to help our clients participate well in the community. Recreation and leisure activities are a critical factor in the quality of life for all people, including those with disabilities and many individuals with a disability find that getting out and about in the community can present significant challenges. Our Community Access support services at Solid Holistic Care help individuals get past those hurdles so they can enjoy getting out and about in the community.

At Solid Holistic Care, we provide various shared accommodation options for people living with an intellectual, physical and psychosocial disability in a nurturing and safe environment whilst building independence.

Our disability group homes are located across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Port Stephens.

• INDIVIDUAL LIVING OPTIONS (ILO)

Live more independently at home

Solid Holistic Care offers Individual Living Options (ILO) supports across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens regions. We work with the Participant and their family to consider their needs and preferences, and design a flexible package of supports. Once established the living arrangement is closely monitored and fine-tuned.

We provide ILO options for Participants in their home or their rented accommodation. ILO is an alternative to traditional SIL arrangements in a shared group home and can be tailored to suit a vast array of goals and requirements.
