Elena Smith, the founder of NSW Healthcare Services and her team have a unique personalised approach to support coordination due to their experience of living with and assisting loved ones with disabilities. Elena smith founded the company after working as a highly established injury and support specialist for 18 years.

Our team has a strong clinical nursing and disability background.

Our NSW Healthcare services team have a extensive experience supporting individuals with a range of neurological, psychosocial, mental health, intellectual and physical impairments.

• Our support workers are flexible, trustworthy and highly skilled
• All are experienced with manual handling, hoist operations, certificates in disability, mental health and more
• All our workers undergo in house training to upskill them on managing clients with varying levels of care needs
• All our workers can manage participants with high care needs and challenging behaviours
• Different nationalities so we can cater for people based on specific cultural preferences
