What we do

Hearth Personal Care Services provides disability support services for both NDIS funded and privately funded clients.

Our personal care services include:

  • Meal preparation & mealtime assistance
  • Showering and toileting
  • Oral hygiene and dressing
  • Mobility assistance - home and community
  • Aids & equipment use
  • Light domestic duties

Each of our clients is allocated their own Relationship Manager who will meet with families, guardians, informal carers, loved ones with a disability and support workers. They personally discuss needs and priorities and then provide the best match and combination of support workers, drawing on their intimate knowledge of each member of the Hearth team. 

Even after caring has started, we work to ensure training continues so that the support we provide matches your goals. We continue to review, refine and forward plan so that the optimum level of care provided is sustained, ensuring reliability and certainty into the future. All our support workers have completed mandatory checks and have first aid training. 

BYO Support Worker?

We understand that you may already have a support worker that you don't want to lose. This is absolutely no problem. We will include them in your Hearth support team, employing them on your behalf so that they can continue supporting you with minimal disruption.

Flexible Shift Options

We are pleased to provide a range of shift options, including one hour shifts, weekend shifts overnights and active nights.
