Your Guardian Angels For Disability Care

We are a team of experienced health professionals with big hearts who choose to spend every day of our lives caring for those in need. In a nutshell, what we do is provide authentic, quality care to anyone living with disability in our community so that you can rise above day to day challenges and experience a life you truly love.

Guardian Angel Carers is proudly Perth-based. From our office in Osborne Park we care for participants in all suburbs of metro Perth and outer areas including Wanneroo, Swan, Mundaring, Kalamunda, Armadale, Gosnells, Canning, South Perth, Fremantle and Kwinana.

These are the fundamental supports that help to make daily life easy and manageable for you as an NDIS participant. You will receive your core support funding as a lump sum payment and you can choose to spread it over different categories such as transport or cleaning. Examples of core supports are :

  • assistance with daily personal activities
  • high intensity activities
  • travel and transport
  • assistance with household tasks
  • assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
  • small home modifications and can supply consumables such as continence aids and syringes.

If you’re looking for someone trustworthy to help you get around the house, eat healthy meals, shower and get dressed, or get to the grocery store, the Guardian Angel Carers disability support team is here to help. We are your everyday guardian angels!

  • Are there specific goals you want to achieve?
  • With our care and support you can get closer to your aspirations and you’ll soon be celebrating small to large accomplishments.
  • Capacity building allows you to live more independently with improved relationship skills, improved life choices and improved learning.
  • We work with you to build up your skills, so you become more and more independent over time.

We can help nurture your ability to cook your own meals, tidy the house or get out and about with minimal assistance. Whatever it is you'd like to achieve in life, your friendly support team has your back.

Doing things for fun can have a tremendous effect on your health and well-being. We all need a break from our usual routine by indulging in a sport, craft or hobby. It’s vital to have a creative or physical outlet that also allows you to meet new people and socialise while exploring your own talents and abilities.

If you’re craving a connection to your community, your guardian angels are here to make your day brighter!

  • We connect you with recreational and social activities near you that fit in with your own interests and aspirations
  • We help you to get there and back home as often as you need.

We provide therapeutic supports to you if you require specialist assistance with a specific area of daily functioning or development. You may benefit from this service if your disability affects your:

  • communication,
  • independent living skills,
  • employment opportunities or behaviour. If the NDIS deems it reasonable and necessary for your individual needs, you will be allocated funding for therapeutic supports and we can match you with the ideal practitioner to assist with your development.

Our therapeutic support services include :

  • Occupational therapy

We work closely with you on your journey to a happier, healthier life.

Our therapeutic team can assist your family with an initial  therapeutic / functional assessment. This assessment provides information to you, your GP and early childhood partners as to whether your child needs further NDIS and early childhood partner support.   (This assessment will be funded through Medicare or private insurance if your child does not yet have a NDIS approved plan or is under 7 years old. Some out of pocket costs may be incurred. You will need a referral from your GP for this therapeutic assessment if your child is under 7 years old or has no NDIS approved therapeutic plan.)

  • Our community nurses truly are guardian angels.
  • Apart from being qualified and highly skilled in caring for people with disability, they will provide respectful, expert nursing care in the comfort of your home.
