What we do
I will work collaboratively with you to recognise and build on your existing strengths, to better manage your emotions and to confront the various challenges that are standing in the way of where you would like to be in life and relationships. I will support you to relieve your current distress, and to develop healthier long-term ways of coping for when times get tough.
I will support you to understand your particular problem, identify the best therapy for your needs and assist you to ensure you get the most out of your NDIS funding, so that you are supported to achieve your goals, make the most out of your life and maintain hope for the future.
I provide the following support:
- Treatment planning and goal setting.
- Collaboration with your GP and other supports.
- Report writing and advocacy.
