A team of professionals who cares for your needs and goals. Working with us will make sure you will achieve your goals on time and help you become more independent. We put our community first and go along with the progress of our participants.

What We Offer

Services we provide include:

• Accommodation:-

1. Supported Independent Living-  We provide shared house with 24*7 support for participants, SIL support includes assistance with personal care, assistance with cleaning, dish washing, clothes washing, cooking in order to maintain a safe, secure an healthy environment for our participants, assistance with medication, assistance with community participation, Sleepover or active overnight support. 

2. SDA -  We offers different category of Specialised disability accommodation and SIL (24*7 hours) support to NDIS participants to achieve their gaols.  

3. STA/ MTA - We offers Short Term Accommodation(STA), Medium Term Accommodation(MTA) and Emergency Accommodation with full assistnace. Eternal Disability Care is always there to support you for emergency accommodation with full assistance and care. 

• Support Coordination- Our support coordinators will help you to understand your NDIS plan and settle you down with your needed supports. EDC will make sure that you will achieve your goals.

• Community Participation - EDC will help you to build good relation in the community and participate in social activities. EDC acknowledges that everyone deserves to have in their lives and participate in social activities, social events and recreational activities.

• In-home Support - EDC offers assistance with domestic course including assistance with cleaning, dish washing, clothes washing, cooking in order to maintain a safe, secure an healthy environment for our participants.

• Day Program - EDC offer Day program with full assistance where NDIS participants can learn new things, learn to become more independence,

• 2:1, 1:1 and 1:2 Vacancies available

• Rent and utilies are cheap & negotiable

• Can modify the houses according to client needs
