Support Workers​

Our staff offer a wide range of support services from assistance with personal care to help with household tasks and cooking.

We have community nursing staff who are able to administer medication if needed.

Transport

Whether its a lift to your therapist or a trip to the local shopping centre, we can help.

Household Maintenance

We can provide cleaning and household maintenance service, including gardening.​

Community Participation

We love to accompany our participants when they have fun learning new skills, making new friends and enjoying a social time out.

Assistive Technology

We are able to help you source custom prosthetics, mobility equipment and communication equipment.

Specialist Disability Accommodation

We offer shared accommodation in Melbourne's western suburbs of Braybrook.

Home and Vehicle Modification

We are able to help our clients access home and vehicle modifications.
