Goal Setting and Personal Development:   Mentors work closely with participants to help them define their goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.  
Lived Experience and Empathy:    Many of our mentors have lived experience with disability, which allows them to offer relatable and empathetic support.
Skill Building and Problem Solving: Mentors assist participants in developing essential life skills such as communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. They guide participants through real-life situations, helping them to navigate challenges and build resilience. 
Social Connection and Community Engagement: Mentors help participants build social networks by connecting them to community activities and peer support groups. 
Emotional Support and Encouragement:  Our mentors provide ongoing emotional support, offering encouragement and positive reinforcement. They help participants overcome self-doubt and foster a sense of empowerment.
