What we do
Endeavour is a national organisation that supports people with an intellectual disability to live, learn, work and flourish according to their own interests and priorities.
Endeavour Foundation covers a wide range of services including:
Home
- In-home Support
We can provide as little or as much support as you’d like at home, whether it’s your own home, a private rental or community housing.
- Supported accommodation
We can provide you with greater independence while ensuring you still have the support you need to navigate daily life.
Daily Life
- One-on-One Support
Select your own personal carers from our pool of qualified and dedicated staff to help you around the home, support in attending appointments or just someone to go to the footy with.
Work
- Supported Employment
We offer full and part-time employment, training and personal development at locations throughout Queensland, Western Sydney and Victoria. If you are aged 15 years or older, have an intellectual disability and want a real job in a real working environment, contact us to see what opportunities we currently have on offer.
Learning
- Learning & Lifestyle
Our Learning and Lifestyle services follow a person-centred support model and help you develop your independence, confidence, self-esteem and social interaction skills.
- Social & Community Participation
If you’re keen to try a new activity, make new friends or just to get out and about more, we have many options available to you.
