Creative Living Support Accommodation Options

Creative Living Supports works with participants and families to explore options that may suit the participants' needs. We closely with everyone in the participant’s life to create the most effective and efficient way to support them independently.

We offer the following options below:

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

  • We work with families and participants to find an ideal rental property within the desired location and then set up the required support to match the participant's support needs.
  • Transport will be available as we aim to find appropriate housing near public transport, in a taxi and uber catchment areas and depending on the model of support there will be a support worker onsite.
  • Low-level properties

Independent Living Options (ILO)

  • We work with the participant and families to choose living options that best suit their needs.
  • An ILO arrangement does not provide participants with the house itself or assist with the cost of the participant's home e.g., Rent or mortgage but it helps participants live in the environment that they may wish to live in.

Respite/ Short Term Accommodation  (STA)

  • Creative Living Supports works with participants and families to support participants on respite.
  • We work with the participants to find out where they would like to go, stay, eat and do activities and compile this into an STA quote that would support them to relax away from home.
