Hello and Welcome to Amy McCrohon Wellness Coaching
Hi, I'm Amy. I'm a qualified wellness coach with a strong background in health and well-being. Helping others manage anxiety and to loose weight. Helping many to lead a more positive lifestyle through goal setting that will also formulate a clear vision plan for the future.
So, what's wellness coaching?
Wellness coaching is an NDIS recognised, client-centred, collaborative intervention whose primary aim is to support others in sustainable lifestyle change. For me, this means working with you or your loved one to understand how stress and anxiety is influencing your day to day wellbeing, and coming up with a strategy to put you on the path to better mental, emotional and physical heath.
How can NDIS funding be used to access a wellness coach?
Because as a wellness coach I am working to build your capacity to regulate your emotions and change the way you make decisions concerning your health, my services can be accessed via your Capacity Building funding, specifically Individual Skill Building.
How do you know if wellness coaching is something you need?
If you answered 'yes' to any of the following goals, then you coud benefit from a wellness coach:
